Some Stuff About Snow
Sorry for the randomness and disorganization but I feel the need to BRAINSTORM! The white powder gets into my eyes, a blinding continuum of mini fresh-from-the-freezer wiffle balls. Each flake that takes a glance at my cheek or nose bleeds into a cool, clear liquid. The fluff begins to accumulate atop the plastic carbonate board attached to my feet below. It is almost as if it signifies natures ability to overcome all that is foreign and unnatural. Snow is nature’s blanket. Harry Potter’s cloak of invisibility minus the invisible part and a lot colder. It is the end of reds, oranges and yellows, the colors of autumn past. Pure. Carve it with a board. Fresh powder vs. icy crap, you get both on a tall mountain. Storms arise from time to time. Gale force winds spin plumes of powder into tall funnels that dance on top the icy tundra. Off into the distance, sno wcapped peaks rise amongst the clouds. A white on white display posted on a baby blue backing. Just always remember a simple saying: Yellow snow is a no-go.
